Registration

General information

Registration for the GRACE/GRACE-FO Science Team Meeting 2018 is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee.

The registration fee can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer. The deadline for registrations with bank transfer payment is Sunday, 23 September 2018. Cash payments are not accepted.

All payments must be made in Euros without bank charges to GFZ.

Registration fees

The registration fee is €220. There is no waiving of registration fees. The registration fee includes participation in the meeting and the Ice breaker dinner.

You can register online until the end of the conference.

Opening hours

On-site registration is possible every day between 08:00 and 17:00.

Letter of invitation

Participants who need to receive an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa should send a request to the local organizing committee (gstm-organizers@gfz-potsdam.de).

This invitation is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support.

Terms and conditions

General

Registrations are for the persons specified and are non-transferable.

Registration for the conference implies the acceptance of the rules of conduct.

Changes to registration invoices are only possible with regard to the invoice address or order references. Any such claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings no later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Later requests cannot be considered.

Cancellation policy

Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before Sunday, 30 September 2018. The cancellation fee is € 30.

Cancellations after 30 September 2018 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. There is no reason (including but not limited to illness, inability to travel, visa application rejection, travel restrictions, etc.) for registration cancellation that makes the above-mentioned deadline for cancellations inapplicable.
